Good food for the schools
that feed our region.

QueenEsther’s Kitchen partners with districts, private schools and charter networks across South and Southwest Georgia: hot soup for the cafeteria line, cold-pressed juice for athletics and after-school programmes, and our own Blend No. 3 for the faculty lounge.

The partnership

Four ways we work
with schools.

Take one programme or all four. Most districts start with a weekly soup day and add the coffee from there — nothing is bundled, and nothing is locked in for longer than a term.

01

Hot soup programme

Rotating soups and stews delivered hot-hold ready in sealed 12 oz cups or 5-gallon cambros, with ladles, allergen cards and serving notes. Drop-in for the lunch line, or a rotating station once a week.

  • Vegan and dairy-free options every week
  • Portioned for 50 to 600 students
  • Delivered the morning it is served
02

Cold-pressed juice

Pressed the morning of delivery and never heated. Sized for athletics, after-school programmes, breakfast carts and nurse-office wellness days.

  • Single-serve 12 oz bottles
  • No added sugar, no concentrate
  • 48-hour shelf life, labelled on the cap
03

Faculty & staff coffee

Blend No. 3 wholesale for the teacher's lounge and front office — whole bean or ground to your brewer, on a monthly standing delivery. We can loan a grinder to get you started.

  • 5 lb and 10 lb cases
  • Ground, bagged and dated to your brewer
  • Free brew training for staff
04

Events & fundraising

Soup-and-juice pop-ups for open house, teacher appreciation week, 5K finish lines and PTA fundraisers — with a share of the takings going back to the school.

  • 10–20% back to your school
  • We staff the table
  • Pre-order flyers supplied

Where we deliver

One region,

These are the systems we are actively scheduling. Larger orders travel further — if your county is just outside the list, send the enquiry anyway and we will tell you honestly whether the drive works.

How it starts

Four steps,
one term at a time.

No lengthy procurement to get started, and no obligation after the tasting. If it is not right for your students, we would rather know early.

01

Send the enquiry

Tell us the school system, roughly how many students you serve and what you are trying to solve — a tired lunch line, an athletics programme, a faculty lounge with bad coffee.

02

Taste it first

We bring a tasting to your building — three soups, two presses, a pot of Blend No. 3 — and leave the allergen and nutrition sheets with your food service team.

03

Price it to your budget

You get per-serving pricing at your volume, a delivery schedule built around your calendar, and a written proposal you can take to the board.

04

Start with one term

Most partners run a single weekly day first. If it lands, we add days, add juice, or move to a full standing order the following term.

Start here

Request a
school proposal.

Tell us about your system and we will come back with pricing at your volume, a tasting date and a delivery schedule you can take to the board.

What are you interested in?

No commitment — a proposal and a tasting.

For administrators

The questions
boards ask.

Need something specific — a vendor packet, a nutrition breakdown, a reference from a partner school? Ask and we will send it the same week.
