The original pot · still in service
Our story
A home kitchen with a queen’s standard.
QueenEsther’s Kitchen began the way most good things do — with too much soup for one family. Neighbours asked for jars. Then their neighbours did. Soon there were pots on every burner and a queue at the door on Fridays.
Today the kitchen is still small on purpose. We cook a short menu each week, press our juices cold so the good things survive the glass, and roast one coffee we would happily drink every morning of our lives: Blend No. 3.
Made the way it should be
Stocks from bones and vegetables, not cubes. Juice from whole fruit, pressed the morning it goes out.
Small batches, always
We cook to the week's orders. Nothing sits, nothing is bought in, nothing is stretched.
A kitchen, not a factory
Every pot is stirred by hand — usually QueenEsther's own — in the same kitchen she has cooked from for years.
